well you would plug in each number for x and slove the equation. For example answer A is 6 .. so you would do this.. (6+5) / (6-6).
that would simplify to (11) / (0). Now you need to know that any number divided by 0 is undefined. which means it can't be done. But, 0 divided by a number is always zero. So if answer A simplifies to 11 / 0 then A would have to be the answer because 11 divded by 0 is undefined. =]
