If you are on a regular 28 day cycle, then you can try getting pregnant about 7 days after your period ends (week 2) since this is about the time you would ovulate. Have sex every couple of days until the middle of week 3. This is pretty good timing but not always accurate for some women.

its' usually around 12-14 days after the first day of your period when you ovulate but everyone is different. If you want a Baby sooo badly then go out and purchase an ovulation kit (they are about 15 -20 bucks) and they work really really well. As long as you know how to read you can follow the instructions on the kit.
good luck to you.

You normally have a 28 day cycle. Ovulation occurs on or around the 14th day. Why would you have sex on your period? That is nasty. If you want a baby, you should see your Dr. and make sure that you are healthy enough. You should probably begin taking folic acid to prevent birth defects. Talk to your Dr. Make sure the person you are having a baby with is someone you want to be tied to for the rest of your life. Save money. Babies cost. Are you mentally ready to deal with the challenges that motherhood brings?

You usually don't get pregnant near your period. It's usually 2 to 3 weeks after the first day of your last period. You need to keep track of when you ovulate, buy an ovulation kit or something. Look up ovulation calculators, they will give you dates youre most likely to concieve, not much to understand.

I get it - look the possibility of getting pregnant immediately before and after your period are about 45% the possibility of getting pregnant when you are "trying" is less - why because you are stressed. In my experience the easiest way for a woman to get pregnant is to spend time with babies and children - there is a theory it is the pheromones you create to encourage trust in children that raises your hormones and makes conception easier. I have several friends who after many failures and finally just deciding they were going to give up and lavish their family and friends children found themselves unexpectedly pregnant. I won't say it's 100% but I do know that all specialists will tell you to relax to increase your chances. Good Luck!

chances are pretty high. Most women ovulate the week after their period. Not only that, but sperm can stay alive in your uterus for up to 7 days, so even if it was after or before you ovulated, there is still a chance that you could be pregnant!!

Your chances are pretty good. You ovulate on the 14th day of your cycle. So a few days before then to a few days after are your best times. The start of your peroid would be day 1 of your cycle. Good luck! you can also go to www.babytalk.com or www.americanbaby.com they have fertility calulators all you have to do is enter the first date of your period.

If you are serious about it go get yourself a Ovulation predictor test EPT will give you your 2 best days in a month to conceive. I don't understand why some people even respond to a question if they are just looking to be rude. ( About the last answer.)

I think you can buy bay-bees at Wal-mart.
Oh, you mean a baby?? Well, read a health book, figure out your ovulation habits, and have sex. That is about all there is to it.
However, you sound quite young... sure you are ready for a little one?
