I'm making a board game, trading card game, and roleplaying game and I want to know where I can buy prototype parts such as dice, counters, blank playing cards, game boards, etc. for cheap. If not for cheap then whatever you know of. Are there any brick and mortar franchises that I could find this stuff at?

Dice can sometimes be found at a party or convenience store near the playing cards.

Blank playing cards could be cut down from cardboard stock - check an office supply store for that.

Game boards you may have to make yourself - look at how a monopoly board is put together, and print the layout on your computer, then glue it in place. Try a wide surgical tape on the seams first to hold the board together. I don't know how long it'll last, but it will let you do a demo, at least.

Counters may be available from a bingo supply house, or maybe in the kid's toy aisle at a department store. Try buying a bag of tiddly-winks, if they still sell them. Or try searching the web for game supplies, pewter miniatures, etc.
