I think you are a diploma holder in Higher National (HND). Basically degree certificate is not a mandatory to get a work visa from Dubai. If you are looking for a professionally categorized jobs like doctor, engineer, accountants etc, then you have to submit a copy of your authenticated degree certificate, pertaining to the related job for visa approval. For normal categories, doesn't a matter, you will get a visa easily.

yeah you can work in Dubai i know people that work without a degree it depends on what you want and the years of experience you have
