If you can't find stick-on rubber padding, try slicing up the bottom of your shoes with a scissors...criss-cross hatches are the best.

I know that Aldo's sells them in their stores. Bakers has them online. You could also use a knife to scratch on the bottom or just scuff them on cement for a cheaper deal.
