I would like your opinion on these names: Karina, Aubrey, Larkyn, Peyton, Emerson, Sage, Taryn, Ariana, Trinity, Ashlyn. I know there are a lot, but I have to give my b/f a variety. Please nothing too negative, if you don't like it simply say so, but no need to be rude. Thanks in advance for those of you who answered!!!!!!!!!!

Do any of you think Peyton sounds too much like a boys name? I know I know Peyton Manning, right? but it's listed as a girls name in the baby name book......

All are pretty good, although Emerson sounds a bit masculine.

Ok, in this order:
1. Peyton (It caught my eye and I just like it)
2. Aubrey (I have always loved this name)
3. Sage (I cannot explain it, but I do love it, too)
4. Trinity (You are talking to a big Matrix fan here!!!)
5. Ariana ( I really do like this name, I think it is beautiful)
6. Karina (Pretty, however the Hurricane hurt a lot of people,
I just don't want any kidding your daughter about it when she is older)
7. Larkyn (Cool name...I just keep think about Alan Larkin in the movie with Aubrey Hepburn where she is blind and he is so mean.)
8. Emerson (reminds me of Emerson, Lake and Palmer - a rock group that was very good)
9. Ashlyn (Each of my sons had their hearts torn apart by an Ashley - different name, however, that is what I thought of)
10. Taryn - I had never heard of this name before...doesn't mean anything that I haven't, I do like it.

There you have it!!! Congrats to you and your honey on this baby!!!

All 3 of my children are grown. I hope for a grandchild in the next year or two.

Take care,
Jan

Love Karina, Aubrey, Ariana (My closest niece is Aubree)
Like Emerson, Taryn, Trinity & Ashlyn
Least favorites are Larkyn, Peyton & Sage
I think Rebecca DeMornay played a Peyton on one of her movies... it's just as popular for a girl, except Manning's doing so well... :)

Ariana is my favorite. Also love Sage and Ashlyn.
I dont like Emmerson or Larkyn at all. The others are okay but Id keep them as middle names.
Some ideas:
Ariana Sage
Ashlyn Ariana
Sage Ariana
Ariana Peyton

Good luck with your lil baby :)

Those are pretty decent names except I don't like Aubrey,Peyton or Emerson, especially not for a girl. The rest of the names are great. Which do you like the most? Ashlyn is my favorite. Wish I'd thought of that.

i like sage, and ariana best but if the child has very unique parents it can probably get away with taryn or trinity. i don't care for emerson or peyton they sound too masculine. and karina and aubrey sound old fashioned and plain.

I think Aubrey or Sage are really good names. They sound unique and pretty. Maybe Aubrey as the first name and Sage as the middle. Aubrey Sage Manning sounds really nice.

Karina- Lovely. I like Katerina or Karenna more, though.
Aubrey- Love it
Larkyn- Not really my style. I don't mind Lark as a middle name.
Peyton- This name is very trendy sounding. I am not a fan. I think nowadays it will be perceived as feminine.
Emerson- Usually I am not a fan of unisex names, but I do like this one! I prefer it as a middle name, though.
Sage- Not my style, but it'll make an okay middle name.
Ariana- Nice, but prefer Arianna instead. I don't like the "onna" sound. I like "anna."
Taryn- Okay, but sounds a bit dated.
Trinity- Not my style.
Ashlyn- Nice name, but I prefer the Irish spelling of Aislinn. It just looks sweeter.

Overall, my favorite is: Karina Emerson (first and middle name)

Aubrey is the best one of those choices. I had been considering that name for if my child due in December turns out to be a girl. Ariana is probably the next best one, then Ashlyn. I don't really like any of the others very much.
