Repatriation for all those Fathers

I would send him an email rather than a letter and attach a few recent pictures. Also send a care package with packaged foods such as juice packs, trail mix, cheese crackers, and maybe some homemade cookies or brownies.

Pictures a favorite snack and all your love! You could even send him coupons redeemable for special things upon his return, like a nite at the movies, babysitting your siblings with no grief, a trip to the local park for a picnic (you know what he might like). You could also send him favorite songs and a special message about how much he means to you. Good Luck!

A picture or pictures of his family. and a note that most people back home support him and all the soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I think a care package is a good idea - a collection of all his favorite things - food, snacks, DVDs, pictures and a handwritten letter from you. Another good idea is to include some pre-paid phone cards so he can call you :-)

Get as many family members together in one room as possible and make a (preferable video) phone call to him. Keep it up beat and light hearted like a party in his honor.

God bless all the men who fight for us to give us freedom.

I would say a big hug, teddy bear with a heart, and lots of homemade cookies, and love letters from mom&kids&pictures too!

I think homemade cookies and notes from his own kids (and other kids) thanking him for his service to his country should suffice.
