honestly sweetie, i'm in the same boat now, but with college. buy a planner and live off it like it is the bible. time management is huge. look into tuition assistance from public aid for day care, and of course a nice big cup of coffee. it will be hard, it will be tiring, it will frustrating and maybe even painful, it will be stressful, and as a mommy and a wife you must smile and take the bullet. sit down with your partner and make a list of chores and responsibilites that need to be done a around the house daily and over the weekr. look at both of your schedules and arrange you will do what and when and keep it on a dry erase board on the fridge or something. make it into a chart/graph thingy and when you do say dishes tuesday night, go to dishes, then go to tuesday and inital showing you did dishes tuesday night. make sure your partner know how you feel about school and wanting to go back to finish, explain that you might be moody and they might too even consider writing to each other daily. like love notes again or something to keep communication open, kind, and available. leave the letters around the house or somerthing and try to take an evening off together once a week to have special time together. it's alot to work out and balance and plan. like making sure you can be reached at all times is MAJOR!! just keep a good diet. maybe adding a 100 cals or so a day will help with energy levels to keep goling without getting so tired or upset. and always have a bottle of water, dehydration can cause most of the problems you will encounter physically and mentally. ok? good luck sweetie, and i'm sure we are ALL ver PROUD that you are making this decision!

Oh! my friend, you have to do it!
I guess you are so young that you have all your life ahead, and you will never regret any effort or sacrifice you make in order to get education.
Well, i'm not telling you to sacrifice your baby, he or she is now is more important than anything else, but even because of that baby you have to teach that child to make efforts to get what you want and what's good for you.
First of all you have to find some backup, i don't know if you can count with your husband or your mother to help you with the kid, the important and most dificult part is to get help on the daycare of the baby.
If you find the way to solve it, you have it done, you will find the way to do all of the activities the day will require, since you will have homework, maybe you will have to cook, and to take care of the baby when you are not at school.
Try always to stay calmed, you just have to be a great administration of your time.
Be sure your husband back you up, since he will be your support all this time, you will need him to help you, and to understand you when you are tired, and help each other all the time.
I hope the best for you, and it makes me feel that you will do it, but you will have to make it happen.

If your determined you can do it! Just keep your head up. Life certainly has gave you a few bumps but they are merely there to test your determination.
I would check with your goverment. Usually the unemployment office has free ged testing and training. Since you are this age, I am not sure how it works. However, since you said that you are married; I believe your considered an adult. But you would also qualify for child care assistance. So stop by the unemployment office and get their advice or check your goverment website and do some research there. Best of luck and don't give up; you can do it!

Cheer up it's not the end of the world.

As soon as you have this child, get somebody to stay with the child or leave the child with a grandparent that stays at home and go finish school. You can do it girl dont be hard on youself.

Bye and good luck

There is nothing to stop you from finishing school. You need to do even more since you have a little life depending on you. Don't depend on your husband for everything because you need to know how to do things for yourself as well as with him. Don't be left out of family business. Know the banking procedures & hopefully you have help from your family that will give you a place to lean when you have too.
Don't think that your life is ruined. Just raise that baby and have a good life.

God Bless

A GED may be the best way to go. Contact you local State Education Department, and ask them when and there testing is held. Study up a bit with the help of any friends you know that are still in highschool, and take the test.

Keep going and don't stop. Ask for help. You can get child care assitance. They will help you pay for day care while you go to school. You can do it. Never let anyone tell you that you can't. Make sure your husband helps too. Don't give up. Graduating is key for you and your child. Make sure you go to College. At least get an Associates. You can become a LPN or ADN at a Junior College. Do it while you are young. STAY IN SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

most junior colleges offer courses to get your GED if you dont have that yet...they are offered at night and during the day and you can apply for your FAFSA on the internet to get a grant from the government to finish...you sound like you would qualify

I am also a wife and mother...albeit 24 years old, but I get my FAFSA done every year and go to college at night...its so doable...you just have to dedicate yourself to schoolwork too!!! I know you can do it!!! I took care of my husband, my home, my kids, and pulled straight A's on a full course load!!! Just set your mind to it!

Good Luck!
