I don't understand your question. If you became a real estate agent you can not own a real estate office unless you went in with a broker under a corporation.

What data and access to loans are you speaking of. If you mean will you have access to the information, not unless the mortgage broker gives you access and that would be illegal, because he is not suppose to give out information about his clients even if you referred him.

if you are talking about general real estate and general loan data, you can apply for those things from different services.
