My friend constantly says that scorpios (like me) are considered astrological sluts. she says "its just in their blood, like libras being fair."
Is it true?

I think your problem has more to do with your friendship - if that's what you can call it, (or your friend) and not astrology. By the way I am an astrologer. No-one can be judged just because of their Sun Sign and anyway is your friend an authority on astrology? To say that all Scorpios are sl**ts is like saying all women with green eyes are dopey! It’s just plain unkind. As well as this omit the Scorpio in the equation because your friend is addressing YOU and using your Sun Sign as an excuse to demean you. Why is she treating you this way? Her statement is not true so what can you do to develop skills to protect yourself when you come up against such cruel and insensitive people. It would be as childish as she is being to blame her malice on her Sun Sign. And just because she says something doesn’t mean it is true. There is nothing helpful in her criticism of you. Don’t take it to heart as this would affect how you view yourself. Stay calm. To attack your friend could lead to you both getting hurt. Tell her you are open to constructive criticism but if she has nothing positive or helpful to say you would rather she kept her thoughts to herself. Another way of looking at it is that people who keep pointing out faults in others tend to be insecure and this could be a way of your friend drawing attention away from her own perceived failings. Try to rise above her remarks. Or better still: ignore them!

Do you actually believe this junk? It is fun to read but you should take it much less seriously. They don't mean a thing, really, they don't. If one little horoscope was going to affect you and make you do whatever the horoscope person said to do then what is the point of living if you follow those signs all the time. You live because you want to, not because some sign told you too. You make the decisions not the signs. And whatever the horoscope says I can do the exact opposite, they don't say who I am. It is what we do and say that shows who we are, not some lousy horoscopes. Think about it.

that's just crap if i find myself wanting to be with a man in that way there has to be some kind of connection there. i have to be talking to a guy and find out what he's like and if he's got a brain i won't go sleeping with him based on his looks so no scorpios are not the ***** of the zodiac sign and yes i am a scorpio too.

No, Scorpio is very intense. The "steamy" water sign. I would discourage you from putting any importance on what your "friend" says on this matter.
And about the Libras being fair thing...?
Don't get cornered into believing generalizations.

It's a label given because they just can't handle Scorpios. Actually Scorpios will behave like that because they know that no one else would really look out for them. So they tend to protect their interests and that makes them seem selfish.

We're not sluts. We don't go sleeping around with just anyone. We're very faithful and sexual beings. However, astrology does say we act like whores in bed.

well I'm a scorpio and I'm not a whore.Scorpios are very sexual BUT very loyal.I can't speak for all but as far as that being in my blood no way.I've always been real faithful to the one person that I love.the sign to stay away from is the Gemini they are strange like two differant people all the time.It's just in blood.No really it's not the sign it's the person.

To prejudge a person based upon an accident of birth over which this person has no control, and which has no scientific validity is simple bigotry. This is what astrology does best, stereotype and pigeonhole. That gives people excuses for how they act and avoid responsibility for their actions.
Replace a sign to a ethnic race and it becomes obvious. I'd rather be judged by my own merit than a date on a calender.

mmmm..not necessarily all scorpios cannot be termed as whores....they are the most sensual creatures in the zodiac and some of them are most loyal....i know a scorpion female who has lived upto the above...can we say all geminis are flirts then?
