There is no right or wrong age to make out a will. If you have children, please make one out right now. A will can contain a variety of information from who you want to have custody of your children to a breakdown of your possessions. Make sure to have an attorney review your will.

I would say that you should make a will as soon as you begin to own things of value. There is no exact age. Some people get out of college and begin purchasing a home. Other people are in their 30's and don't have anything.

There is never a wrong time to make out a Will. If you have children, belongings, bank accounts, etc., you want to make sure that the person(s) you want to have your things when you cross over, then you need to have a Will drawn up.
