This is more a state of mined than a problem, over excitement can have this effect. But some men get to their climax quickly like some women do. If it's foreplay that is the problem then don't do that just have straight sex this problem will subside as time goes on nothing to worry about lots of men and women have this problem all to do with hormones I'm afraid.

A. Learn to spell.
B. Then you can learn to read.
C. Then you can read up on how to be a real lover and not just spew the instant you get aroused. There are lots of books about it, like "The Joy of Sex" and probably many more.
D. See a doctor if that doesn't work. There are things about the bloodstream that can make this worse. Sometimes an antihistamine helps. It can even make it hard to come. If this happens, tell a doctor, it will help with the diagnosis and how they would treat it.
E. Try seeing a sex therapist, too, to learn how to have sex with some self-control. For your friend. Yeah.

Practice, practice, practice. Twice a month won't help - nobody can do it just twice a month and be expected to last very long.
I suggest he takes care of himself once before he goes with his wife, and he will last longer, and that he goes with his wife at least 4 or 5 times a week to build up stamina.

Part of the problem seems to be he is suffering fro blue balls. He really wants to hit it through out the month but the wife has it on lock down but for two days out of the month. When he finally gets it, he's so excited he cant hold back.
He needs to get a girlfriend. Obviously his wife is falling down on her responsibilities to her husband and obviously she recognizes this but could care less. They both sound like they would be happier if he got a girlfriend who could fill in when needed.
