NONE, I got food poisoning once from eating fresh mushrooms in a salad. I was supposed to take a flight the next day and had to cancel it & pay to reschedule it cause I was sooooo sick.

Ummm I like English mushrooms in Steak Diane sauce, i'd have mine with chips and peas and steak of course!
