Trim any excess width off first. Use a clear adhesive. I use the non brush end of a small eyeshadow brush to help guide the lash in place. Dot on the adhesive making sure to get the ends. Start on the inside edge closest to the nose and use the brush to tap the lash onto the lash line. Work across lash line. Press gently with brush across line and keep eye closed for several minutes. Use wet q-tip to help if corners stick slightly.

1- Apply brown or black eyeliner along your lash line to camouflage the base of the false lash. I prefer powder or a liquid/gel that will dry. Cream liners can cause a latex-based adhesive to not adhere properly. Curl your lashes if they are straight.
2-Gently roll the lashes out of their case. Hold them up to your lash line (without glue) to see if they are too long and need to be trimmed. You generally want the inner edge of the false lash to start about 1/4 to 1/2 an inch from the inner corner of your eye (depending on the size of your eye). If you need to trim them, do so from the outer edge of the lash (you do not want to ruin the gradation on the inner edge).
3- Apply a small amount of lash adhesive (Duo adhesive is the best) along the base of the false lash. If you use Duo, wait a second or blow on it to make it more tacky (don't apply immediately....wait 20-30 seconds).
4- Place the base of the false lashes in to the base of your natural lashes. Get it as close to your lash line as possible for a natural look. Make sure NOT to place the outer edge of the false lashes all the way to the outer corner of your natural lashes. It will make your eye look droopy. Move them in about an 1/8 of an inch from the outer corner of your eye.
5- Put light pressure on the lashes while the adhesive is drying. I like to push the outer corner of the lashes up to give a lifted look to your eye.
6- Touch up your eyeliner. Optional: put a SMALL amount of mascara on the base of your natural lashes to help them blend in the the falsies. This step is only necessary if you have light or blond lashes.
Now you'll have beautiful false lashes. If you are trying to apply lashes for the first time, I recommend practicing a couple of times before you need to wear them. Buy at least two pairs in case you damage one. Lashes can be reused if you take good care of them!

i think the best way is- to cut it in half maybe less then half and stick it to the outer corner of the eye, then curl it together with your own lashes then do your eyeliner and then put 2-3 coats of mascara.it will look very hot and natural. : )
