He'd be immediately impeached and removed from office. Heck, his own Secret Service guard would probably wrestle him to the ground and drag him off for psychiatric treatment.
But, assuming this future president had the brilliance and charisma of a true Ceasar, and had the military, national gaurd, law enforcement, and, indeed, the entire government behind him, what /could/ you do?
I'm old for this kinda thing, but getting supplies and friends together, passing out my guns to them, and joining a guerilla resistance wouldn't be out of the question.
That is, unless I'm offered a lucrative position in the New Order. ;)

I wouldn't have to do much. He would be in violation of specific articles of the US Constitution,. The system of checks and balances would deal swiftly with him and have him impeached and removed from office.
