I'll give you a trick that you will find useful in the future:

Whenever you have a doubt, or a question, look at the way the words are put. Example: "A frequent customer wants to date, BUT he has a wife and kid."

Read it again and erase all the words before the BUT.
Result? "He has a wife and kid".

Does this answer your question now? He's married. The answer is "NO. You don't see him because he is someone else's husband and father."

So .....what are you going to do? The right thing, I hope.

No. thank fully you know , and he was honest with you that he has a wife and kid. Do you really want to be a side dish, when you were born to be a main course? he must not think too much of his wife either, as he is putting her in the same position. You may not have or see it, but believe that love is real, and you are worth the best!

Then the guy's a pig! If he has a wife and kid, he is off limits. Look into your own heart - you know better than that! You need to date someone who is single and looking for someone who he can have a meaningful relationship with....not an affair.

Tell him that you're not interested. Furthermore, the next time you see his wife, let her know what kind of a pig she's married to!

First, go to a good lawyer specializing in work-related issues. Each state is different so speaking with a good lawyer is paramount. When Customer hits on you, document the situation - what he said, what you said, describe how you were dressed (modestly of course) if he touched you (where and how etc.), exactly "HOW" he hit on you (asked you for a date), what date/time etc. Do this each and every time this happens. Make copies and keep one at home.

When you have several incidents documented, inform your boss that Customer is hitting on you. It's your boss' responsibility to make your work environment safe from this kind of activity.

If Boss doesn't speak with Customer about it, then you can possibly bring suit against him and Customer for creating a hostile work environment.

He is a customer at a place where you work? Then tell him company policy doesn't allow employees to date customers, and every time you see him after that, pointedly ask how his wife and child are.

A frequent customer...what exactly is your line of work?

If you have to ask this question because you think it is is wrong, then you know the answer.

As my personal opinion you don't want to be the cause of the fall of this marriage, and yeah technically it's his fault if he strays, but if you know about his family and marriage you're just as much at fault as he is. The wife and the child will blame you. Just wait until it's truly over to avoid problems. If it's never over between them he's just using you anyways and you deserve better.
