As we all know
Colin Powell has hiden from the world in shame for the lies he told at the request of George W Bush which has gotten the USA into the worst foriegn policy debacle of all times

I would have voted for Powell in 2000 and/or 2004 if he had run.

No, for two reasons. One, he allowed himself to be used in that stunt with the WMD 'evidence.' Two, he's simply willing to become President.
As bad as the first one is, the second reason is proof-positive he'd be a great President. No one who wants that much power can be trusted with that much power.
