Because he is one of the few true patriots left in big goverment. Major media is as corrupt as the goverment. The internet has allowed to those paying attention anyway, that the media censors down certain canidates, regardless of public backing, to promote those who back there big business owners agenda and not those who have not sold out to them and there lobbies. Ron Paul could cost big business and crooked goverment in America huge loses and put that money to work for Americans...they can't have that. But some, the ones paying attention to the censorship, are waking up. When one cannot publicly support a canidate on major media run forums, comment boards, and the like, without being deleted and banned for simply telling the truth about there favorite canidates ideas and the like....people start to wake up and take notice. Like I said before...the ones paying attention to whats going on.

Popular? With who? He has no chance of becoming president. He's so low he's not even mentioned in the poll numbers.

I don't understand why Yahoo people keep bringing him up like he is a legitimate candidate that can win the nomination.

Because he is the only one that isn't a total scripted liar. Check out his voting record. He isn't giving the country away like all the rest ... complete sellouts.
