There is no free registry cleaner that will clean up all the obsolete registries. So, you will have to use 2-3 together to get the best results. Here are some:

Go to http://ccleaner.com and get their free CCleaner program. It not only does the registry, but temp files, internet files, and other maintence which will keep your PC working good. Excellent program.
