When the situation calls for it. When theres a surprise party or something, ya know? When someones feelings are in danger, I would have no choice but to tell, though. If 1 of my friends or sisters had a boyfriend or girlfriend cheating on them, do you really think it'd be best to let it be? The longer it goes, the more hurt will come.
I'd rather get it done sooner, then later. Like, BEFORE someone gets pregnant, eh?
However, like I said, there are certain situations when hiding the truth is the only option. In which case I would do it.

Every time I talk. Since when does anyone want to here every little and insignificant detail when telling a story so there needs to be omissions for the sake of brevity.

When it serves no other purpose than to harm the person who would be receiving it, and when the person who would be receiving it has not shown me they desire, or are ready to hear it. Not everyone wants truth. It is too powerful, and/or too painful for some. It is not for me to judge otherwise for someone else.
