How many do you have? Rather than spend $200+, get a scanning service to convert them for you.

Once your slides are scanned, you won't need that scanner anymore!!

Good luck

Monolta has a scanner that will scan 35mm transparancies or slides and save them to a digital format. I have one and plan to scan my slides and then place on eBay when I finish.

I have a scanner which is also a photo scanner, 'Epsom Perfection' 3490! I also had a collection of these transparencies (slides) which are now all on my photo album and on disk . the thing cost me around £40, it also sorts out any negatives.
Just go into Amazon on your search engine and check out the specs'.
