how long was the time between the hpt and the dr test. you may hace been pg but lost it. Good luck

a week and a half is a little too early for any test. home test are less accurate, but even at a week and half your doctors might not be right on. basically the pregnancy test test the hormones in your system. your body may not have had enouph time to build up the hormone yet.
give it maybe another week and go back to your doctor.

hey...let me tell u something very FUNNY and UNBELIEVEABLE!!! I got preganant last year and already had my baby...but when i first got preggo..I knew i was cuz i had been 2 more times be4 that! so, i took a test.(i was 2 weeks late) and nothing showed!! they where all NEG! and then went to a dr. and it was neg...I told them..look i know i am preggo...cant we do a ultrasound or something?? so they sent me to xray labs...and sure enough..there was that lil thing that looked like a bean!! PREGGO!! so i dont know why it happened like that..but yes i was pregnant and have ALL negative results... Is u had a positive u more that likely are.. My dr. said that i may not have produced enough HCG.? i dont know..it was odd tho! good luck hope u get the answer u want!

congrats you are going to be a mommy soon, somtimes the test that a doctor uses is set to high with the levels, I would have him/her retest you in about a week, you may not have enouph pg hormone yet to show up with there yet, blood test or pee.

This doesn't make any sense. Take another HPT and show your doctor if you have to, then request an ultrasound.
