The japanese career HR leader is Sadaharu Oh with 868, as well as RBIs with 1967 (also single season HR record w/ 55). Yutaka Fukumoto has the most SB and triples (1065 and 115 respectively).

I'm not sure on runs or hits. Highest I've found was a guy with 3085 hits.

The weird thing about Japan's HOF is that players don't get voted in. If you get 2,000 hits, 250 wins or 250 saves you are automatically in. They count stats from Japan and the US in their totals. They have less than 50 people in the HOF in Japan, obviously baseball hasn't been played as long there. I know the career Japanese homerun leader has like 868 homeruns and that Matsui just got in with his 2000th hit earlier this week or late last week.
