Let's see ... started out this morning at 05:00 hrs with going on my crutches over to the barn to do the morning feedings of our horses ... and to begin the sweepings of the aisles for the day's work.
Then ... to the house so that I can pre-prepare the camera and computer (I'm using my Digital SLR with multiple lenses as well as shooting in .raw mode) for the NEWLY Updated Registry Photos and Action shots of the Arabians ... so that we can have great images when we start running our Website for the farm.
We will be washing the Arabians for the re-take of the registry photos, I'll then be taking those photos (professional quality), and checking the quality of the images. Those are what I will end up cropping for the website as well ... and I will be preparing Thumbnails as well as screen size images ...
After that -- I'll be going to the stores -- we need new feed bins, some hardware, lumber, stripper for removing stain (so I can re-stain wood), moving things around, and yes, other chores that need to be done.
PERHAPS around 10PM today I'll finally be able to sit down and get a good look at ALL the images I've taken today -- and that should be quiet time ...
OF course -- there are the standard chores -- Washing Laundry, dishes, folding laundry, taking the dogs out for exercise and doing their 'business', etc etc etc!
So as you can see -- more than sit, eat, sleep .. and I'm an Empty-Nesting Single Retiree -- so my "Retirement" is just as busy (and sometimes I think more so) than when I was working all those years through my careers!

I get to go fishing at one of the most beautiful lakes here! I am really excited.. It's up in the high lakes, has beautiful views and deep dark terquiose water. Last time I was there it was 55 degreas and there was 3 feet of snow on the sides of the roads! But BRIGHT and sunny =0) Hope you have a great great friday!

Working til 5, then going home, packing for Reno, going to dinner with my ex, and then head out to Reno at about 9:30 pm. Im not looking forward to the 3 hour drive!!! Ugh! :o) Well have a great weekend!

Gardening, grocery shopping, Buying Angels baseball tickets at Angel stadium, & possibly going to the movies, out to dinner. Whew! Just writing it all made me exhausted!! Gotta go!!!

go for coffee, pick upp my 2 kids, finish getting my camper ready and going camping. maybe having a few drinks, i am not sure yet what we will be doing when we go camping
