Either use a very good brand of invisible deodorant like Secret or Degree or put the deo on after you have put on the dress if the make of the dress allows it. I do not have your condition but I am a heavier sweater. I have found that Secret and Degree clear antiperspirants do really well. I even think Secret has a prescription or near prescription strength formula. The invisble solids (NOT GELS) seem to do what they promise especially the better brands.

You can get this different deodorant that won't stain your clothes. I am not sure what the brand is exactly, but I think its called Rexona Crystal or something like that, its an anti perspirant deodorant that will not leave white marks on your clothes, visit your supermarket, they should have that.

persist with those steps to get rid of deodorant stains from washer-friendly fabric which contain Acrylic fabric, Modacrylic, Nylon, Olefin, Polyester and Spandex: maximum deodorant stains may be bumped off by using pretreating (the tactic of using a stain-eliminating agent directly to the stained section earlier laundering) with a liquid detergent or prespotter. Launder as time-honored. If the stain would not seem loosening with the pretreatment: Rinse out the detergent. Flush with white vinegar. Rinse in sparkling water. If the stain maintains to be: Flush the section with denatured alcohol. Rinse with sparkling water. Dry or launder as time-honored.

Let it dry completely before you get dressed. If it still rubs on the dress, wipe it gently with a humid cloth, it comes out easily.
