hehe, fun! ok..

*~*~01) the customer that doesnt hand you the money~*~*

-sir/maam, i believe you have arthritis, your hand kind of had a snap to it, i believe you need to see a doctor.

- (just dont take the money until they put it in your hand!) ive done this once! haha, i just kept my hand open in midair and stared at the customer. i was like, "That's $67.85" (or something) and the customer was like thinking, 'what a freak.. ,moneys right there' then she handed it to me and i said "Thank You!" very charasmatically!

-"are you afraid of catching my STDs maam/sir? i only have Aids.. no big deal.."

- stare at the money, when customer asks you what youre doing, tell them youre counting the money in your head without ever touching it. tell them you thought they were doing some sort of magic trick with you since they didnt hand you the money. like as if they wanted to see if you can count the money without ever touching it

.

*~*~02) The overly dramatic customer~*~*

-"are you in that play i saw on broadway last week? you were FANTASTIC!!"

- just carry out a really long conversation with them asking questions like "really?" "wow, tell me more" ..you'll get a customer compliment most likely

-"are you a homosexual? me too."

.

*~*~03) The name calling customer~*~*

- (customer calls you a name) say: "Thanks, you look beautiful today" or some sort of compliment

-(when customer calls you a name) say: "who? me? or my boss? because im pretty sure my boss is the biznitch here"

- (when customer calls you a name) smile and say, Oh Stop! You are so nice!

If they fling money at you, you should "dodge" as if you don't want to get hit, whether that's even possible or not. Then say something like, "Oh, whew, didn't know what you were throwing there!" It will make them think, at least.

The dramatic customer: smile. Just keep smiling and acting like you're glad it's such a small issue in such a turbulent world, even though they make it out to be such a big deal. Keep misinterpreting what they say as meaning they are glad it's no big deal.

Name-calling: "Your mother taught you some rather salty language there." Smile. Or "I've heard that" and nod, concerned. They will probably stop just because it doesn't make much sense.

I find approaching these incidents with a smile and a laugh is the best way to deal with them. In the very least it pisses people off because they want you to get upset. It's a sweet revenge.

1.
hmm... you just pick it up and carry the transaction I guess. Not much to do here.

2.
You just stay back and let them do whatever it is that they do.

3.
Just smile back at them and giggle when they are blasting you with mean words. They are looking for an angry expression on you because it makes them happy. Don't give them this pleasure and do the exact oposite. It will give you power.

On 1 - say to them "Isn't amazing how money seems to just slip through ones fingers"

On 2 - I have no idea on this one.

On 3 - say to them - "I'm sorry but that person isn't here right now. Can I be of service?"
