I want to know how do you display images for a manual like the one from this following page

http://www.getlofi.com/uploaded_images/circuit_bending_v_tech_manuals-768267.JPG

The image on that page has certain information circled in green, I want to know how you get the circle to appear because in my manual i must show similar things. I already know how to put the external display which is Fn + PrtSc, so I got that but how do you make the circles inside the images?

Thnx for the help.

The person who made the web site made a "picture" of page from the manual, and then used the Drawing tool in their picture editing software to draw a circle around the words.

Once have a Ptine Screen of the page, open the Paint program (or another picture editing software) and paste in the screen print.

Use the drawing tool (usually looks like a pencil or paint brush) and draw the circle around the words.

Save the new picture.

Put the picture into uour web site were needed.
