I was wondering if it's possible to see the International Space Station pass by like a star in the sky at night?

howe do i find out where it'll be in my location?

Yes,you can see the international space station. You can check the NASA website for the date and time and when will it be flying over your place.

Just missed your chance it passed over on 5-14-07 close enough to see good.

I down load the info and watch it on a regular basis. With a good pair of binoculars you can even see the shape of it and even see the ice crystals when they expel the waste water over board.

Try Skywatch from Nasa; you can download it, and it will tell you where and when to look for the space station.

Yes, you can clearly see it if you know where to look. Many other artificial satellites can also be seen.
