I went to the chiropractor alot before I got pregnant and I really liked them. I went once since I got pregnant and that was when I was 29 weeks. I am now 35 weeks and was wondering if any of you went when you got bigger, my chiropractor told me to come a week or so before i deliver and he could adjust me to make delivery easier. Did anyone do that? When I went at 29 weeks, it was kinda scary and hurt a little. I just want to know peoples experience and what you did! Thanks!

I would be lost without two (okay 3 including my husband) people in my life - my massage therapist and my chiropractor. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and go to the chiropractor every week. It feels great! They've been trained and have gone to school so they know what to do with pregnant women. I've also heard that regular visits to the chiropractor can make labor and delivery easier. I'm not sure if it's true or not, but heck - it's worth a shot!

i am 33 weeks and went this week, went a lot 2nd trimester, am going next week, and plan to go once or twice towards the end. it has definitely helped with headaches, backache, and i am hoping it helps with labor. although my first labor was 3 hours and only 20 minutes of pushing, so i'm not sure i'll need much help :)
