you know when she smiles and twirls her hair or tries to keep up the conversation. you just know it in her eyes. Try to know her better and be patient with her. ;)

If she smells a certain way you know.
If you tease her and she responds a certain way you know.
You should ask, and you might want to pic an advantage time like watching the sunset. If she doesn’t want to watch the sunset with you there is a good chance she is not interested.

If she's shy then you probably should find a common hobby or interest and then ask her out (in private - not in front of your other friends ) later on.
