The speculation so far is that Shawn D. is the baby daddy.....but this IS a soap here, so who really knows.
Taken from the link posted below (about a quarter of the way down...listed on April 28ths review)
*Also this week Shawn finally accepted Willow probably was pregnant with his kid. Oh dear, will he tell Belle? You know this "lie" will come between them, even if Willow isn't pregnant with his kid. I can hear Belle now "Shawn we were finally getting back on track and you lied to me again. How can I ever trust you? Claire and I don't want to see you anymore until you've gotten your act together." They just made love, are finally together, something has to break them up. Bo actually said a smart thing though, get that DNA test on the kid! She should be far enough along that they can get it done. With the character leaving though, it's obvious something will happen. Heck if we hadn't actually seen her at the doctor's office and if she wasn't checked into the hospital for early labor, I would think maybe she's pulling a Kristen DiMera pillow baby.

Shawn is the father, but I read where Willow is leaving the show, so I wonder how that will work. Maybe just drop it like they did with Bonnie adopting Mimi's baby from the surogant.

Shawn. Willow had to get a DNA test before Philip would believe her that it was really Shawn's baby.

Well, it's supposed to be Shawn, but I hope it's some other guy, since Willow was a hooker it's a possibility.

Shawn is.When she teamed up with Phillip for the short period of time he had a DNA test done.

One of her johns. There's a spoiler that she's going to lose the baby anyways so I guess it doesn't matter.
