never gold fish, they are dirty fish ,poop lots too. Danios for sure, hearty and friendly. they are great tank starter fish. They won't die easily like goldfish do.

Sounds like a 5 gallon? Perhaps a single male Betta a 3 platties a would do alright. The Betta doesn't usually get aggressive but you'd have to keep an eye on him at first.
Guppies are also fairly hardy but do multiple quickly.
There are other fish that you could go with but they're rather sensitive. Including neons, rasboras, and small tetra.

For a 30cm X 30cm tank your choices are very limited. A trio of guppies or a single Betta would probably work OK,but there is a lot more for you to learn about caring for fish. Please do more research on the temperature requirements of tropical fish, how to maintain a clean aquarium, aeration requirements, managing the Nitrogen Cycle in your tank, dechlorination of city water supplies, etc. Also don't ask for advice at a Petco,Petsmart or Walmart pet department, these guys know nothing about pet care, just selling stuff. Study first, buy fish later, your fish will live longer.-----Good luck.----PeeTee

i could stay remote from this variety of reel that feeds off a spool which you relatively desire thumb administration to apply. pass with an open face spin solid reel with a heavy twine bail. the line and pole count on the place you're and what you're fishing for. continuously pass somewhat larger than you think of you will desire if fishing in the sea. For clean water, lighter kit is generally sturdy. Fly fishing is an entire different deal and could take years to suitable. save that for some years down the line. The fish do no longer understand how experienced you're, so pass with mid selection priced stuff. avert low-fee, you will waste your money having to enhance.

Guppies breed like rabbits- not good for you. Go with tetras, they are available everywhere, cheap(so it's not devistating if you lose some), and small but colorful if you find some good ones. Also they are among the most common freshwater fish, so most any foods and medications work well with them. When buying, watch for diseases(do some research) and make sure they are swimming actively.
