first off if a child is spiting up pennies they would of choke on them and if he is pooping out batteries he could of died if he swallowed that. So very funny. How old his he?He might be putting the batteries in is diaper if he is a older baby.

I really need to ask you are you feeding this child? If you feed the poor baby he won't need the pennies or the batteries to fill him up. I believe the parents of this child need to consider a new babysitter b/c I think you are unfit You should be ashamed of yourself. Need to call child protection on you.

if the baby is a toddler anything is possible and if so i would be calling the parent to find out what is going on. If it is a young infant then i would be going to the hospital with all the evidence since someone is deliberately feeding this to the child

thank goodness this stuff is coming out of the baby's body. let the parents know so they can deal with it. apparently the baby puts a lot of stuff in its mouth. you really need to watch the baby when you are babysitting.

It depends how old the baby is but it has probably eaten them all and your friend hasn't notice

Batteries can be deadly, if you're serious, call the ER immediately.
