Is there any reason that you dont want to use a proxy? Most people that dont want to use a proxy are just tired of having to try lots of them only to find that they too are all already blocked. If this is the case then all you really need is a new proxy that is not yet blocked. You can get the latest list of new proxies that are not blocked from the Freedom Network at:
