Do i have to wait till the end of my contract to change and get a MAC code?

I don't know where the Mac code comes in, but you will need to cease the BT service before another company can set up broadband on that line. They will expect you to pay for the remaining time on the contract. You are probably better off completing the time with them.

You will need to pay for the remainder of your contract. You do not need to wait untill the end of your contract to get your mac code,but wait until your new isp asks for it. The code is good for 30 days, You do not have to leave bt to change providers. One will take over from the other so you will not be without broadband
