all the great minds have been tossing this puzzler around for many a year.
aristotle said it best when he was asked this same question, "should not doggies clothe themselves in like manner?"
so yea, i don't know about this one, if cats must wear pants then "doggies" should do the same!

Only if there is a hole in the pants for their tail. We wouldn't want the tail to get squashed or to create that embarrassing lump on their rear end.

No. They shouldn't wear sweaters, rain coats boots, or any type of hat either. You put clothes on a cat, you're just asking him to pee all over your stuff.
