Famous newspaper photo from London summer 2002-03 when torrential rain poured down and soaked a young girl?

I remember (in the photo) she was just leaving a tube station and the rain bucketted down and completely soaked her - she was holding her filp flops in her hands! It was a very dramatic photo - I was wondering if anyone remembered which day the photo was or which paper it was in?
