i cant seem to figure out WHY the guy i had a sexual relationship with(from his side),tells me he loves me and then doesnt wanna c me..Last time this happened i was just texting him once in a while and told him to be friends...then he calls and speeks for 20 minutes about how i am the most important woman in his life,that im a part of his life,that he didnt get close to me cos he would wanna marry me and hes scared,that he could imagine spending his life with me, and so many other things..so ask so..do you want us to be together?and he says,lets take a step at a time and next day he avoids me!!!!!!!!!!why why why???its not like he wants to use me for sex cos he doesnt even do that!so why is he messing uo my life and then disappears???

Sounds like he's afraid of a committment. Ask him if you can meet him somewhere and work this thing out. Be honest with him and tell him you need to know one way or the other where your relationship is going. Tell him how you feel about him and ask him why he is ignoring you then turning around and saying he can't do without you. Good luck to you and I hope it works out.

Since you told him that you just want to be friend, why are you complaining that he doesn't want more? He is not messing with your life...you are the one doing that. No one can do anything that you don't let them.
However the main point is you are getting what you want, so why are you unhappy about it?

leave him alone, he's just playing with your emotions, he is probably already seeing someone but just wants to keep you around as a backup plan but knows that if he does that you might start to get attached to him, so he's torn about what to do about the situation....

maybe he is with someone else, but doesnt want to lose them either. Or maybe he might just be scared to settle down....im guessing the first one!!
