They aren't the reason why I'm awake in the night, but that is the time that they certainly do come to mind most often. I think it's because there's not much else to think about except those, but it's a good thing because I can think clearly about them and about my reality and what I can do about it.

They can if you let them. I no longer worry much, about "what ifs." It wastes precious time in our lives.But we shouldn't throw caution to the wind either. We have to pick our battles, ya know?
