We made our own brochures and flyers. There are programs you can buy . If you have Print Shop or MS Home Publisher
there are templates and many ideas for Flyers etc. contained within them! Also, go to The Microsoft Office Template site. Here's the link--

Just type in "Real Estate" or "House For sale" etc. You'll be able to download the templates into one of your programs and edit it it anyway you would want. You can then upload photos into the flyer and save it.
