That's why I questioned Cherry's logic in her 'It's good to be a woman' question yesterday. Don't get me wrong, I love women, but I think it's easier to be a man.

well i used to have a boyfriend who would try to be prettier than me all the time, it was just obnoxious. now i have a boyfriend who just throws whatever on, he's hard working, has scars all over from work. i love it i think it sexy and when we go out he does dress nicer and combs his hair (no product..) he's a manly man, compared to the girly man i had, i love dressing up and getting pretty for him. its what comes with being a girl. it's like being able to boost self-esteem with some nicely fitting clothes and a little make-up. and as for shopping i love that too.. i just love being a girl. you should just take it as we get all these great extras that they dont!

I know! It's like they can shop for tees without checking the sizes, that's what my friend does. he just walks into the store, grabs a tee with the design he wants and pays for it. That simple! But us girls, we've gotta try it on, then maybe we'll see some other cute top and go nuts over it cuz we can't decide which one to get.. But maybe that's the nice thing about being chicks. We can shop till we drop!!

This is true...but think about this: if you are a boy and you don't feel "attractive"...it's very hard to disguise that BECAUSE of makeup, trendy fitted clothes, hairstyles, etc.- you have less to work with. For this girls are lucky because generally there are more things we can do to "improve" ourselves.

I only dress up on special occasions. The rest I am bare faced and wear comfortable clothes. I just hate shaving my legs though.

I don't wear makeup, I don't need to extra stress~
I am trying to not be so vain and just go with it, but you have a good point, men I know just wear whatever and still look alright and I try on outfit after outfit and just feel blah~ also, you forgot to mention hair~~ argh~

Yeah. Girls have to pay attention to every single last detail. Boys just have to be clean.

that all depends on perspective.......
some girls don't wear make up and glamor. it is time that we takes a stand and make a change in how we are perceived . I for one hate make up and wear what is comfortable and never had an issue getting a guy........
