I usually email people BECAUSE I realized how sweet they actually are.

Yes, several people. You being chief among them. You were the first person from YA I ever emailed and the ONLY one for quite a while. I thought from the outset that you were a very sweet young lady and I have really enjoyed our conversations. How IS Gummi, BTW. And how is your little angel doing with her temper tantrums?
Now I email 4 or 5 people on here on a regular basis. I might actually get a chance to meet one of them, Margie, in July. We are planning a vacation to her hometown and she helped us find a good hotel and determine which 'touristy' things might be a good idea for my family. I couldn't have planned this trip without her.

Yes, indeed. The number of "good people" on Y!A is far greater than "bad people". And of those "good People" there are many really sweet individuals. It just takes time to find and learn a little about them.

yup I sure have and Ive had people email me too and I have to say with the exception of one or two total weirdos - most have been really nice and Id now consider them good friends! Only downsize is they all live in the UK!!

Nobody answers my emails.
I am polite and send an email thanking people for putting me on their contacts list, but no-one gets back to me.
Whats the point in having contacts if you don't contact them?
