Any caller who lets the phone ring more than 10 times is just plain rude. That's why I switch it off at night. The worst is when you are trying to get a little sleep in.

It is usually someone calling about renewing a free magazine subscription and using a phone with caller-id blocked. Of course they never leave a message.

i usually turn my phone off when i go to bed so than people can't call me
