Factory sunroofs close flush with the top and have a drainage system. Aftermarket will have a visable frame on the outside and be slightly raised from the car's top.
EDIT: My sunroof is aftermarket, well integrated into the headliner and has a sliding panel that matches the headliner. Doesn't mean anything.

If the headliner is set low and the sunroof which are usually power sunroofs is set up into the headliner, it will be factory. If this is so, there will also be a sliding pane that looks like headliner material when closed. Everything should look like everything else inside the interior as well as the power switches for the sunroof.

Also, the SIPI sticker on the coverbox should show the RPO code. If, it is a factory sunroof.

Call the parts dept of you local chevy store.Give them the last eight of you VIN number and the will tell you if its factory.Fast and at no cost.
