It is so much easier for me to sleep in a cold room. I love to snuggle under the covers. But hot? I can be naked, no covers and still not sleep. Hot really irritates me.

cold. when im hot i seem to move around more and sleep lighter. but when im cold i just cuddle up into a blanket and sleep very well. before my boyfriend moved in, id turn the heat down and turn a fan on during the winter, no matter how cold it was. the noise of the fan was comferting.

I rest better with cool air, but refuse to sleep if I'm too cold, as I have very low blood pressure. (drops to around 30-40 bpm.)
When hot and after I finally get to sleep, (takes longer) I sleep too long. I wet my hair when hot, to fall asleep faster.

I prefer cold, especially in the summer. I have about 6 pillows so that I can keep switching them out so I always have a cold one.

Definitely cold. I like to cuddle with lots of blankets and I can't do that when it's hot.

I hate getting into a cold bed.

Cold cause i can bundle up to keep warm, when it's hot I toss and turn constantly.
