i was using paltalk but the Internet provider does not allow it but u used by sock-chain and socks-cup but now

but latter sockchain does not working so i need if some one can tell me which program that i can use to use paltalk

PalTalk has band you it sounds like, you broke their bylaws, and they don't allow you to come on to their service with out your IP showing.
