The only way you can legally get a spousal eviction is by Court Order for physical abuse.
The lease itself would be a separate issue to be decided by the Court in divorce.

your better off trying to get your own place than to hassle with someone that does not know it over and am going to make your life unbearable. no matter how much you are in the right its a civil matter. in other words, its none of the governments business.
