Law = 0 to infinity. it is like fims most uncertain. BBA = 100 % employement + MBA scope. Biotech = 75% chance of good employement, in the challenging field of medicines.

Biotechnology - Described as a huge boom by the media. I agree with the media for the boom in the BT Industrial sector. But as a Student carreer perspective, i advice doing an MSc BT is not gonna help you much. I strongly feel that you have to proceed to your Ph.D and then may be you will find a good place in a company. But instead if you can continue in the CSIR institutes itself after your PhD, thats gonna be really nice, i feel the Govt is taking some real nice decisions about the future of the gonna be scientists.....

If you ort for law it is the to become a lawyer.
Ie you opt for BBA then you can aaply for MBA.MBA is a managment course. it has quite good scope you get good salary package from various multi national or international company.now a days it is the hot carrer course .
If you opt for biotech then you can be a doctor or a scientist.
