I didn't, and most people here don't ask this kind of question.

This has been destined by God, so accept the reality and be thankful to God who created you. If you believe in your creation you will never raise such question. If you are gay, you should not ask why you are gay and how you have to lIive, ive with others as other handicapped or special lives among a healthy people in healthy environment. You should take interest in your daily life with dignity, it does not say that you join wrong people and start flesh business. Don't do this it is crime and you will be intro-gated not in present world even after your death . so live in honorable way.

We're not the ones asking questions, it's mostly people that wish to bash us asking such questions. It's sad really, but you'll see we stand up for ourselves a lot because we know we didn't really get a say in it at all, so we shouldn't be judged over it.
Although there's also kids that come in here wanting to know if they can have permission to be gay, it's like asking anonymously an entire community if they're okay, if they're normal, that's the key, most of them want to know they're normal.
But I agree with you, I accept myself and am living my life.
By the way, the way you see your cousin is the way it would be in a perfect world. Sounds like where you live there's a level of full integration, where people care less about sexual orientation and more about a person. However for a lot of people coming on here they have coming out issues, because it's not that simple for them, they live in less modern areas of the world, and the people around them have to go through all the steps to come to grips with it and accept it.
So I guess I'm saying thanks on behalf of LGBT people, your views are the kind of thing we seek to disseminate to the rest of the world, that gay isn't a big deal.

We, for the most part, DO accept our lives. And you are correct, people around us SHOULDN'T guilt us into a life that we are unhappy with. And for the religious issue, I agree with you as well; we are made in God's image, and religion should accept that, in THEORY.
But the real world situation says otherwise! We are constantly pounded by society that says that what we are doing is wrong, evil, the work of Satan, an abomination to God. We are programmed into thinking that what we are doing is immoral and THAT is what we have to fight. It is certainly not as simple as you seem to be trying to make it.
And that is why we will continue to fight for acceptance. A reasonable society WILL accept us; but that is not yet reality.

I can only speak for myself, as gay people are as different as straight people. From an early age, you see that the norm is a man and a woman. When you realize that you have feelings for the same sex, this can be very confusing. People say that the world is more accepting but school can be damn awful for a gay person. Most gay people have an "arrested development" as they don't start dating until much later than straight people. I don't know, my family were quite religious growing up and that messed me up. It's a very complicated subject but it's hard for many gay people to accept themselves when they are told from an early age that it's wrong and sinful.

So we ought to continuously be comfortable with you pushing our inquiries to the backside of the internet site considering you forgot to alter the class of the question earlier you place up it? how can you ever learn if we don't tell you?? And playstation this occurs in each and every question subject count section, no longer in elementary terms LGBT.

It's mostly hets hanging around in this section asking that, looking for a chance to showboat their own intolerance, or that of others. Then there are the youths - either curious straight young'uns, or gay young'uns looking for a bit of validation, and maybe some arguments to use against the people in their lives who want to consign them to hell for who they are.

You are 100% right there. But do you know why people ask questions like these , because we are a bunch of so and so people who find other people's faults and never ours. And I am definetly not one, because I belief in -being free to do whatever makes you happy,as long as it is not illegal.

Not me! I'm out and bugger anyone else!
(Not literally of course!)
But you get so bombarded with a "gay is bad" world I can understand why some of us folk get so confused and worried. Its just like when teenagers ask the same daft questions over and over and over again.
We just want someone out there who understands.

It's not those of use that are comfortable with ourselves that are asking these questions. It's people who are just coming to understand their sexuality. This is a trying and hard time for them. They are constantly being bombarded with people telling them that this is wrong. It makes things confusing.
