I answered this question for you yesterday, why are you asking again!???

Switch off. Remove front cover, (Two screws) locate thermal reset device, a coin like disc with a button in the centre, press button, which should click. Reassemble and switch on. This will only work if the heater has been covered and has overheated. If its just stopped heating it could be a fuse. element, thermostat or numerous other faults.

Switch it off, at the bottom of th front cover there are two screws undo them then remove the cover. At the top of the heater to the right hand side is a black cut out called a T.O.C it's about the size of a 10p push the button on the top you should hear a click, reassemble switch on and then that night it should heat up job done ( Do not put clothing on the heater even when it is not charging or it will cutout again )
